Position: Sales Manager (Mandarin Speakers) – Corporate Segment
Responsibilities:
- Target and develop the Mandarin-speaking corporate market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
- Handle sales inquiries, proposals, and contract negotiations in Mandarin and English.
- Achieve sales targets set for the specific market segment.
- Conduct sales calls and represent the hotel at relevant events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same position from 4/5 star hotel background.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Mandarin Speaking is essential for this position.
- Have strong leadership skills for managerial level.
- Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
- Proven sales experience in the hotel industry.
