Position: Sales Manager (Mandarin Speakers) – Corporate Segment

Responsibilities:

  • Target and develop the Mandarin-speaking corporate market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
  • Handle sales inquiries, proposals, and contract negotiations in Mandarin and English.
  • Achieve sales targets set for the specific market segment.
  • Conduct sales calls and represent the hotel at relevant events.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same position from 4/5 star hotel background.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Mandarin Speaking is essential for this position.
  • Have strong leadership skills for managerial level.
  • Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
  • Proven sales experience in the hotel industry.
