Position: F&B Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell the hotel’s F&B outlets, banquet facilities, and catering services.
- Handle inquiries for social events, corporate meetings, and outside catering.
- Prepare proposals and contracts for F&B-related events.
- Coordinate with the culinary and banquet operations teams to ensure event success.
- Build a database of potential clients for F&B promotions and events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same position from 4/5 star hotel background.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
- Strong understanding of F&B products and event coordination.
- Target-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
