Position: Spa Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the spa and provide information on treatments and services.
- Manage all spa appointments, guest check-ins, and check-outs.
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries for the spa.
- Maintain a clean and tranquil reception area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same position from 4/5 star hotel background.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a spa or luxury hotel.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
