Position: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire culinary operation, including all outlets, banquets, and pastry.
• Develop innovative menus, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Oversee culinary team management, including training, scheduling, and development.
• Manage food cost, inventory, and procurement effectively.
• Ensure strict adherence to all HACCP and food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a 5-star luxury hotel with multiple outlets.
• Proven leadership and management skills for a large culinary brigade.
• Strong financial acumen, including food cost, inventory management, and menu engineering.
• Expertise in menu development and culinary innovation.
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Creative, passionate, and able to perform under pressure.
