Position: Hostess

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival at the F&B outlet.
• Manage the reservation system and organize the seating chart.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Answer phone calls and guest inquiries regarding the restaurant.
• Ensure the entrance area and hostess podium remain clean and tidy.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth flow of guests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess or in a similar F&B role.
• Professional and neat appearance with a friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak English well.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with restaurant reservation systems is a plus.
