Position: Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders from guests accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set.
• Process guest bills and handle payments.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel or restaurant.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak English is an advantage.
• Positive and service-oriented attitude.
• Able to work in a team and under pressure.
• Professional and neat appearance.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
