Position: HK Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including Room Attendants and public area cleaners.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
- Create staff schedules and assign daily cleaning tasks.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Engineering department.
Qualifications:
- Min 2 years of experience in a similar position at a 4-5-star hotel
- Good personality and appearance
- Proactive and highly motivated
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Strong leadership and computer skills
- Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly environment
