Position: Genset Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the hotel’s generator sets (genset).
• Perform periodic genset testing according to schedule.
• Monitor fuel levels and ensure supply availability.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Log all operational and maintenance activities.
• Respond quickly to power failures and activate the genset.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Genset Operator or mechanical/electrical technician.
• Vocational high school graduate in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Strong understanding of generator systems and control panels.
• Able to diagnose and troubleshoot basic genset problems.
• Disciplined, responsible, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work shifts and be on call.
• Good technical skills.
