Position: Commis (Indian)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and cook Indian dishes (curries, tandoori, bread).
• Assist the Chef de Partie in the Indian cuisine station.
• Ensure authentic taste and presentation of food.
• Maintain cleanliness and HACCP standards at the workstation.
• Manage stock of spices and special Indian ingredients.
• Follow standard recipes accurately.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis, specializing in Indian cuisine.
• Passion and expertise in Indian culinary.
• Culinary school graduate is a plus.
• Able to work in a team in a busy environment.
• Understand cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Disciplined and willing to learn.
• Positive work attitude.
