Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Perform all guest check in and check out procedures.
• Manage guest reservations and room assignments.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the resort and local area.
• Handle guest payments and manage a cash float.
• Respond to guest requests and issues in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position at a hotel or resort
• Good communication skills, Highly motivated, Creative, Innovative with results & guest oriented
• Have a good personality, attitude & team player
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in hotel PMS is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
