Position: Guest Experience Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Room Division Manager in supervising, organizing, directing and coordinating the staff and activities of the Front Office.
  • Provide management presence at all times by assisting with the handling of guests’ needs and complaints tactfully and efficiently.
  • Strategize on guest feedback to pinpoint service gaps and develop actionable strategies and training programs that lead to measurable improvements in guest satisfaction and reputation scores.
  • Oversee the guest relations team, VIP services, and loyalty program recognition.
  • Monitor online reviews and guest surveys, responding promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication and customer contact skills.
  • Results and service oriented with an eye for details.
  • Ability to speak other languages than English will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret guest feedback data and market trends.
