Position: Public Area Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all public areas of the resort, including the lobby, restaurants, and restrooms.
• Ensure public areas are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Handle guest requests for public area amenities.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position at a hotel or resort.
• Good communication skills, Highly motivated, Creative, Innovative with results & guest oriented.
• Have a good personality, attitude & team player.
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage.
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties.
• A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
