Position: Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing all day to day operations of the Housekeeping department.
- Supervise and inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Train, schedule, and motivate housekeeping staff, including Room Attendants and Public Area staff.
- Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, and control departmental costs.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints related to housekeeping services promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree with relevant education background.
- Minimum two years experience in similar position (e.g., Housekeeping Manager or senior Supervisor).
- Excellent English communication both spoken or written.
- Good Communication skills.
- Positive attitude and outgoing person.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and training skills.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
