Position: Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing all day to day operations of the Housekeeping department.
  • Supervise and inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  • Train, schedule, and motivate housekeeping staff, including Room Attendants and Public Area staff.
  • Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, and control departmental costs.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve complaints related to housekeeping services promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree with relevant education background.
  • Minimum two years experience in similar position (e.g., Housekeeping Manager or senior Supervisor).
  • Excellent English communication both spoken or written.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and outgoing person.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and training skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
