Position: Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Front Desk team during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
• Train and mentor Front Desk Agents to deliver excellent guest service.
• Handle guest check_ins, check_outs, and manage guest inquiries or complaints.
• Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures are followed.
• Prepare shift reports and assist the AFOM/FOM with administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
• Good personality and appearance.
• Hard worker, highly motivated, and customer oriented.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and problem solving.
• Must be ready to join immediately.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
