Position: HK Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train Room Attendants and Public Area staff.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards.
• Manage the inventory and distribution of linens and cleaning supplies for the assigned section.
• Create staff schedules and assign daily cleaning duties.
• Report any maintenance issues and manage lost and found items.

Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
• Good personality and appearance.
• Hard worker, highly motivated, and customer oriented.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and problem solving.
• Must be ready to join immediately.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and standards.
