Position: Sales Admin

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team.
• Prepare and process sales contracts, proposals, and other client correspondence.
• Maintain and update the client database (CRM) and sales records.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and email, directing them as needed.
• Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and travel for the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
• Good personality and appearance.
• Hard worker, highly motivated, and customer oriented.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and problem solving.
• Must be ready to join immediately.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
