Position: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Proactively solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Conduct daily sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment.
• Prepare sales contracts, proposals, and reports in a timely manner.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, community events, and industry meetings.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the hotel industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiar with the Cirebon market and business landscape.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales software.
• Must be target-driven, persistent, and well-organized.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
