Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage online and phone reservations, ensuring accuracy in the PMS.
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest-facing role.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
