Position: Director of Human Resources

Responsibilities:

• Lead the hotel’s human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the hotel’s goals and Marriott’s culture.
• Champion employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee all training and development programs to foster talent and career growth.
• Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Director of Human Resources in a 5 star hotel.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• In depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with Marriott International systems is a plus.
