Position: FB Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of a specific food and beverage outlet (restaurant or bar).
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure all service standards, cleanliness, and presentation guidelines are met.
- Assist with staff scheduling, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote menu items and contribute to upselling initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an F&B Supervisor or senior F&B Captain in a 5 star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, wine, and spirits.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer oriented with a passion for service excellence.
- Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Fluent in English.
- A positive attitude and professional appearance.
