Position: FB Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of a specific food and beverage outlet (restaurant or bar).
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure all service standards, cleanliness, and presentation guidelines are met.
• Assist with staff scheduling, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote menu items and contribute to upselling initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an F&B Supervisor or senior F&B Captain in a 5 star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented with a passion for service excellence.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Fluent in English.
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.
