Position: Account Payable

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage all accounts payable transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
• Verify, classify, and record invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Prepare and execute payment runs, including bank transfers and checks.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any invoice discrepancies.
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries.
• Assist with month end closing procedures and financial reporting related to AP.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or general accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SunSystems).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
