Position: Training Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, schedule, and administer all hotel training programs for new and existing employees.
- Assist in identifying training needs and developing training materials.
- Track employee training records and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Support the HR team with employee orientation and onboarding processes.
- Organize departmental and general hotel training sessions.
- Gather feedback on training effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Training Coordinator or in an HR/L&D role, preferably in a hotel.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Passionate about employee development and learning.
- A positive and engaging personality.
- Degree in Human Resources or Hospitality Management is a plus.
