Position: Training Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, schedule, and administer all hotel training programs for new and existing employees.
• Assist in identifying training needs and developing training materials.
• Track employee training records and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Support the HR team with employee orientation and onboarding processes.
• Organize departmental and general hotel training sessions.
• Gather feedback on training effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Training Coordinator or in an HR/L&D role, preferably in a hotel.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Passionate about employee development and learning.
• A positive and engaging personality.
• Degree in Human Resources or Hospitality Management is a plus.
