Position: Asst. Chief Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Engineer in managing all aspects of the engineering department.
• Supervise the engineering team and daily maintenance operations.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs for all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Manage maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
• Assist with departmental budgeting, procurement, and energy conservation programs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Chief Engineer or Engineering Supervisor in a 5star hotel.
• Strong technical knowledge of all building mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problemsolving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering is preferred.
• Familiar with safety and regulatory compliance.
