Qualifications:
- Experience in general building maintenance or specific trades (electrical, plumbing, AC)
- Relevant technical certification or vocational training
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various conditions
- Basic English skills
- Proactive and safety-conscious attitude
- Team player with a willingness to learn
