Position: Asst. / Sales Manager Corporate
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Proactively solicit new business and build strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections.
- Negotiate contracts and manage corporate agreements.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the corporate segment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in a 5star hotel, focusing on the corporate segment.
- Strong network of corporate contacts in Jakarta.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Resultsdriven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in sales management software (e.g., Opera S&C).
- Fluent in English.
