Position: Sous Chef Elevated Indonesian Cuisine (25166161)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing the specialty Indonesian cuisine kitchen.
• Lead, train, and supervise the kitchen brigade during service.
• Develop and refine innovative, highend Indonesian dishes that align with the resort’s concept.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage food cost, inventory, and ordering for the section.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety (HACCP) standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef, specializing in modern or “elevated” Indonesian cuisine.
• Strong culinary creativity and a deep understanding of Indonesian flavors and techniques.
• Experience in a 5star hotel or a renowned fine dining restaurant.
• Excellent leadership, training, and kitchen management skills.
• Strong knowledge of food cost control and kitchen financials.
• A culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification.
• Passionate about showcasing the best of Indonesian gastronomy.
