Position: Sales Manager – Corporate FIT Sales Team
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Corporate FIT accounts.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the segment.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections for corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate travel managers and bookers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the Corporate FIT segment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a 5 star hotel.
- Proven track record in managing the Corporate FIT segment in Jakarta.
- Strong network of corporate clients and business contacts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Target driven, proactive, and self motivated.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Opera and Microsoft Office.
