JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa
Located on a 2.8-hectare property, JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa is a pre-opening hotel featuring 100 rooms, including guestrooms, suites, and villas. The resort faces west, offering stunning sunset views and lush forest scenery. Dining options include an open kitchen and buffet restaurant, specialty restaurant, lobby lounge, and pool bar. We are estimated to open in Q2 2026 and are offering premier hotel jobs in Ubud.
Our amenities include two meeting rooms, two pool areas, a fitness center, spa, and kid’s club. The resort is just a 5-minute drive from Jalan Raya Payangan and accessible to attractions like Payung Rafting Bali, Keliki Painting School, Tegallalang Rice Terrace, and various cafes, restaurants, and temples in Ubud Town. We are seeking passionate professionals to join our pre-opening team and build rewarding hospitality careers in Bali.
Position: Senior Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Manage key accounts and proactively develop new business across various segments.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and represent the resort at trade shows.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a luxury resort in Bali.
- Strong and proven sales track record.
- Excellent network of contacts in the relevant market segments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
