Position: Director of Conference & Banquet Sales
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Conference & Banquet Sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for MICE, weddings, and social events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, event planners, and corporate accounts.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, contracts, and event orders.
- Collaborate with F&B and other departments to ensure flawless event execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a 5 star hotel.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in conference and banqueting.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- In depth knowledge of the Bandung MICE and wedding market.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- Proficient in hotel sales and catering software (e.g., Opera S&C).
