Position: Senior Sales Manager – Corporate FIT Sales Team

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Corporate FIT sales team to achieve departmental targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Corporate FIT segment.
  • Manage and nurture key high volume corporate accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and client functions.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Sales Manager in a luxury hotel.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
  • Exceptional network and reputation within the Jakarta Corporate FIT market.
  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies and exceed revenue goals.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
