Position: Sales Manager (Room – Corporate)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate room sales targets.
• Identify and acquire new corporate accounts while maintaining and growing existing relationships.
• Negotiate corporate rate agreements and manage contracts.
• Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with revenue management to ensure optimal pricing and room inventory allocation.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports on performance and market analysis.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 (One) years experience at 5 star hotel.
• A visionary leader who is technology savvy with excellence office administration, communication and analytical skills.
• Familiar with all nature of hotel operations.
• Proven track record in hotel sales, specifically handling the corporate segment.
• Strong network of corporate clients and contacts within the Jakarta market.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
