Position: Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high quality dishes according to standardized recipes for the main kitchen
• Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
• Ensure all food items are stored, handled, and prepared in strict accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and ordering

Qualifications:

• Min. I year experience in the same role in 5 stars hotel
• Additional education, training or certificates will be advantage
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Eye for details
• Has food safety and hygiene knowledge
• Highly motivated, creative, self driven and demonstrate team player attitude
• Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
