Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all culinary operations for the hotel, including multiple restaurants, pastry, and large scale banqueting.
- Develop innovative menus, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Control all food costs, manage kitchen budgets, purchasing, and inventory.
- Train, mentor, and inspire the culinary brigade, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
- Ensure strict adherence to all HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the F&B Director to create cohesive and profitable dining experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or a high performing Executive Sous Chef in a 5 star luxury hotel with diverse F&B outlets.
- Extensive international culinary background and expertise.
- Strong leadership, training, and team management skills.
- Excellent financial management skills, particularly in food cost control and budgeting.
- Creative, innovative, and passionate about culinary arts and current food trends.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- In depth, certified knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
