Position: Chef de Partie (Signatures)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific station within the Signatures Restaurant kitchen, ensuring smooth operation.
- Prepare and present high quality dishes according to the restaurant’s standards, specializing in international and Asian cuisine.
- Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
- Train and supervise Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs working on the station.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a high volume buffet restaurant or 5 star hotel.
- Strong culinary skills with experience in international and Asian cuisines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and manage a station independently.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene (HACCP) standards.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification.
- A positive attitude and a passion for culinary excellence.
