Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and food production
- Supervise, train, and motivate the culinary team to ensure high standards of quality and consistency
- Involved in menu planning, development, and costing
- Manage kitchen inventory, food supplies, and control food cost
- Ensure all kitchen areas and practices comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain
- Strong leadership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- English is a must (Written and Spoken)
- Love to work in a team with target oriented
- Excellent culinary skills and creative flair
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food safety standards
