Position: Guest Experience Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the guest journey to ensure a personalized and exceptional experience
  • Lead and manage the Guest Relations team, ensuring all guest needs and preferences are anticipated and met
  • Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests and handle any special requests
  • Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns or complaints, ensuring effective service recovery
  • Analyze guest feedback from various channels to implement continuous service improvements
  • Train and mentor front line staff on guest interaction, personalization, and service excellence standards

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences
  • Experience in guest service and hospitality management and also strong in hotel operations
  • Highly professional in appearance and conduct, with strong attention to detail and guest personalization
  • Proven ability in handling guest concerns, complaint resolution, and service recovery
  • Strong leadership, coordination, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
