Position: Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract corporate, government, and leisure clients to IKN.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders in the Kalimantan area.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and contracts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity within the new capital.
- Represent the hotel at promotional events, trade shows, and sales missions.
Qualifications:
- Min 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in an hotel.
- Hardwork & detail oriented.
- Willing to be placement at IKN (Kalimantan Timur).
- Able to join IMMEDIATELY.
- Especially domicile at Kalimantan area.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
