Position: Assistant Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying training and development needs within the hotel.
• Design, organize, and deliver training programs for all hotel staff.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
• Support the implementation of IHG’s corporate training initiatives.
• Maintain training records and manage the learning management system (LMS).

Qualifications:

• Experience in a learning & development or training role, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to design engaging and effective training materials.
• Familiarity with e learning platforms and practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Passionate about employee growth and development.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
