Position: Banquet Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all aspects of banquet and catering events to ensure flawless execution.
• Lead, train, and motivate banquet service staff to deliver high standards of service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, sales, and stewarding teams for event setup and delivery.
• Ensure all event setups, including AV and decor, are accurate according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
• Address guest needs and resolve any issues promptly during events.

Qualifications:

• Possesses relevant experience as a Banquet Supervisor within the industry.
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Exhibits excellent command of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Highly committed to delivering exceptional guest service with a strong customer oriented mindset.
• Strong knowledge of banquet operations, service standards, and event setup.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret BEOs accurately.
