Position: F&B Service Attendant / Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and present menus in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high quality presentation and service.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any requests.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Waiter/Waitress or F&B Service Attendant in a hotel or restaurant.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service standards.
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast paced environment.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.
