Position: F&B Service Attendant / Waitress
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and present menus in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high quality presentation and service.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any requests.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Waiter/Waitress or F&B Service Attendant in a hotel or restaurant.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service standards.
- Ability to work well in a team and in a fast paced environment.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible shifts.
