Position: F&B Captain (Fine Dining)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of F&B attendants to ensure excellent service delivery in a fine dining setting.
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Greet guests, manage reservations, and oversee seating arrangements.
- Train and mentor junior staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&B Captain or senior waiter in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service etiquette, food, and wine.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and problem solving abilities.
- Fluent in English.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
