Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations from the drink menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering.
- Process guest payments and handle cash accurately.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a hotel, bar, or upscale restaurant.
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits, and wine.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask.
- Positive attitude and engaging personality.
- Knowledge of POS systems.
- Certification in responsible service of alcohol is a plus.
