Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations from the drink menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering.
• Process guest payments and handle cash accurately.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a hotel, bar, or upscale restaurant.
• Excellent knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits, and wine.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask.
• Positive attitude and engaging personality.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Certification in responsible service of alcohol is a plus.
