Position: Wellness Attendant – Housekeeping

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all wellness areas, including the gym, spa, pool, and locker rooms.
• Ensure all wellness equipment is clean, functional, and well maintained.
• Manage the inventory and restocking of linens, towels, and guest amenities in wellness areas.
• Greet guests and provide information on wellness facilities and services.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Possesses relevant experience in housekeeping or as an attendant in a spa or gym.
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Exhibits excellent command of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Highly committed to delivering exceptional guest service with a strong customer oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemical handling.
• Detail oriented with a high standard of cleanliness.
• Friendly, professional, and guest focused.
