Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect the work of room attendants and public area staff.
• Ensure all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards.
• Train, motivate, and manage the performance of the housekeeping team.
• Manage the inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
• Handle all guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and chemical handling.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Superior attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient with hotel property management systems (PMS).
