Position: Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing all daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments.
- Lead, train, and supervise all housekeeping staff, including room attendants and public area cleaners.
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house to ensure cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, and assist in controlling costs.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree with relevant education background.
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
- Excellent English communication, both spoken or written.
- Positive attitude and outgoing person.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- In depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, sanitation standards, and chemical handling.
- Proficient with Property Management Systems (PMS).
