Position: Guest Service Center – Daily Worker

Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming and outgoing guest calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, coordinating with appropriate departments.
• Log all requests and follow up to ensure timely completion and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with wake up call requests and provide general information to guests.
• Operate the hotel’s PABX system and other communication equipment.

Qualifications:

• Possesses relevant experience in a similar position (GSC, Operator, Front Office) within the industry.
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Exhibits excellent command of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Highly committed to delivering exceptional guest service with a strong customer oriented mindset.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and clear communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS/PABX systems is an advantage.
