Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate, government, or MICE accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Actively solicit new business and build strong, long lasting relationships with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and rates in line with the hotel’s sales strategy.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections for potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in Jakarta.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated, results driven, and possessing a positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel CRM/Sales systems.
- Strong network of contacts in the relevant market segment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.
