Position: Architect Drafter

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Revise and update existing drawings based on feedback and markups.
• Maintain and organize the library of drawings and project documents.
• Assist in site visits and taking measurements as needed for drawing accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Drafter, preferably in the hospitality or property industry.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and other 2D or 3D modeling software.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
