Position: Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Engineering in managing the hotel’s maintenance operations and engineering team.
- Oversee the preventive maintenance program for all guest rooms, public areas, and back of house systems.
- Manage daily work orders and ensure timely repairs of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Lead and develop the engineering staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor energy consumption and assist in implementing sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel engineering management.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a diverse technical team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem solving and project management skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Familiarity with hotel safety and emergency protocols.
