Position: Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Engineering in managing the hotel’s maintenance operations and engineering team.
  • Oversee the preventive maintenance program for all guest rooms, public areas, and back of house systems.
  • Manage daily work orders and ensure timely repairs of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Lead and develop the engineering staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor energy consumption and assist in implementing sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel engineering management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a diverse technical team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Excellent problem solving and project management skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Familiarity with hotel safety and emergency protocols.
